When I tried writing my first book using
LibreOffice I eventually reached its limits. So, I
switched to LaTeX, a
professional typesetting system. Since then, I have written
all my texts exclusively in LaTeX. LaTeX is certainly perfect for generating PDF files. However, if you also want to publish your work as e-books or on a website, LaTeX alone is not enough. To address this, I developed the LaTeX2Ebook converter (in Python). |

Compact Synopsis of the Gospels (Android app) Download: kompaktsynopse_0.9.1.apk (not available in Google PlayStore) You can find installation instructions online (e.g. on androidauthority.com). |
The synopsis can be sorted by any of the four Gospels —
simply tap the column headers or swipe left or right.
Depending on the region setting on your smartphone, the
interface will appear in German, English, French or
Dutch. This is based on Synopsis Quattuor Evangeliorum and the Eusebian Canons, which have been combined into a single database. The inclusion of only complete verses (rather than parts of verses) explains some of the inconsistencies that users are bound to notice. |
